The BITS executive Council:

The BITS Executive Council (EC) is elected annually during the AGM. The EC is responsible for the day to day administration of the Society’s affairs. The EC is composed of: the President, the Vice President, the Secretary General, the Assistant Secretary General, the Treasurer, the Assistant treasurer, and FIVE additional members.

The responsibilities of the EC are spelt out in the Society’s constitution, article 6.3.3
